Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required; multiple pathways listed in the education section.
• 2+ years of relevant clinical/surgical support experience preferred.
• Experience in medical device or orthopaedic sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Independently guide surgeons in the operating room by providing clinical and technical support of orthopedic surgical cases.
• Support DPS sales by attending surgeries and ensuring equipment availability and proper functioning.
• Troubleshoot physician needs and manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing and strategy teams to improve service levels and drive sales growth.
• Provide operating room and Sterile Processing Department consultation.
• Maintain and deploy equipment and assets across the assigned area.
• Ensure promotional materials meet quality standards and align with company offerings.
• Provide logistical support moving instruments and implants between sales reps and hospitals.
