Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Alternate certifications (CST, PT) plus experience considered.
• 4+ years of professional/relevant experience in sales or healthcare.
• Active Military experience may be applicable.
• Ability to operate in OR/lab environments.
• US driver's license required.
• Travel may be required, including weekends/overnight.
• Relocation to territory may be necessary.
• Strong analytical and business skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently guide and assist surgeons in the OR with orthopedic cases.
• Advance DPS sales by direct customer support during surgeries.
• Troubleshoot and respond to physician needs, manage hospital billing andPOs.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing and account teams.
• Provide OR and Sterile Processing Department consultation.
• Maintain equipment availability and asset deployment.
• Ensure promotional materials meet quality standards.
