Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or equivalent.
• ASCP certification as MT preferred.
• Three years of related laboratory experience required.
• Must qualify as a General Supervisor under CLIA high-complexity testing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Follows protocols to perform tests in chemistry, hematology, and blood bank.
• Interprets and correlates test results with patient history.
• Troubleshoots testing process discrepancies and maintains equipment.
• Instructs staff on new equipment and procedures and ensures quality control.

Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology
