Qualifications

• ASCP certification as an MLT/MT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follows established protocols to perform a wide range of tests in an assigned area.
• Ensures test results meet laboratory quality control requirements.
• Interprets and correlates clinical test results with patient history, diagnosis, and clinical condition.
• Maintains equipment and performs routine troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Maintains accurate records of tests performed using computer-based systems.
