Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Train newly hired personnel and identify training needs; ensure training is provided on Community Care.
• Inform staff of procedural changes and provide guidance for new, non-routine, or complex assignments or to clarify published guidelines.
• Coordinate and monitor IVC/Optum clinics in VISTA; ensure accurate scheduling and workload balance.
