Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience using a PC in a Windows environment is required.
• Preferred: experience in medical setting and in customer service.
• Six months or more experience as a Patient Call Coordinator or similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Book patient appointments for specialty care providers using Epic EMR.
• Support multiple specialties and provider restrictions.
• Confirm or update demographic information and communicate account balances.
• Follow scheduling protocols and document adherence to policies.
• Handle incoming calls and screen/direct as needed.
• Verify MyChart appointment details for accuracy.
• Maintain HIPAA and company policy compliance.
• Maintain regular attendance and adherence to shift schedules.
