Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Book patient appointments and update demographic/financial information.
• Verify insurance eligibility using online resources.
• Screen and direct incoming calls.
• Confirm appointments and reschedule as needed.
• Maintain scheduling accuracy across locations.
• Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and Code of Conduct policies.
