Job summary

Qualifications

Licensed clinician with MD/DO or NP/PA in good standing.
Active clinical practice ~20% FTE.
10-12 years of relevant work experience.
Epic Builder training or willingness to obtain within designated timeframe.
Minimum 5 years of ambulatory clinical practice.
Experience in clinical informatics, safety, quality improvement, or workflow redesign.
Strong executive presence with senior stakeholder engagement.
Excellent communication and change management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead as senior product leader across Clinic Operations and Quality & Stars domains.
Drive Epic optimization to improve clinician workflows, safety, and efficiency.
Translate priorities into Epic workflows, decision support, reporting, and tools.
Oversee Epic upgrades, testing, implementation and go-lives.
Monitor adoption and drive continuous improvement across the enterprise.
Partner with leaders to create prioritized technology roadmaps.
