Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Senior Medical Director, Clinical Informatics to lead clinical insights and Epic-enabled technology strategies within Healthcare Delivery (HCD) Technology. The role blends clinical leadership with product governance across Center Operations and Quality/Stars, aligning Epic roadmaps with enterprise priorities.

Qualifications
- Licensed clinician with MD/DO/NP/PA in good standing.
- Epic Builder training and certification or willingness to obtain.
- Minimum 5 years of ambulatory clinical practice.
- Strong executive presence with senior stakeholder experience.
- Experience leading projects and quality improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of value-based care and interoperability standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead Epic-enabled technology solutions across core domains to improve care pathways and business outcomes.
- Oversee Epic optimization to enhance clinical workflows, quality, and patient safety.
- Translate priorities into Epic workflows, decision support, reporting, and clinician tools.
- Support Epic upgrades, testing, implementation, and change management.
- Monitor adoption and effectiveness of Epic enhancements enterprise-wide.
