Job summary

Solventum in Santa Rosa, CA, is seeking a Senior Account Executive to grow sales of Acera Surgical products across a defined territory. You will build relationships with surgeons and hospital decision-makers, deliver compliant product demonstrations, and help forecast demand while managing inventory and reporting.

The role requires 5+ years in medical device or pharma sales, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel up to 90%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university and 5+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales.
• OR High School Diploma/GED and 9+ years’ experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales.
• Current, valid Driver’s License.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; track record of building relationships with physicians and surgical staff.

Responsibilities

• Managing and growing sales of assigned products within a defined geographic territory, with accountability for meeting or exceeding revenue and growth objectives.
• Developing and executing territory business plans, including clinical education, customer engagement, and account prioritization strategies.
• Building and sustaining trusted relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and decision-makers across multiple hospital departments and sites of care.
• Delivering compliant product demonstrations, in-servicing, and clinical support while ensuring accurate forecasting, reporting, and inventory management.
