Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive sales of the Acera portfolio across a defined geographic territory, building relationships with surgeons and clinical staff.

You will develop territory plans, deliver product demonstrations, and ensure accurate forecasting and inventory management, while maintaining compliance and customer engagement across multiple hospital sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university with 5+ years in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales.
• OR High School Diploma/GED with 9+ years in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales.
• Current, valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales of assigned products within a defined geographic territory, meeting revenue and growth objectives.
• Develop and execute territory business plans including clinical education, customer engagement, and account prioritization.
• Build and sustain trusted relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and decision-makers across hospital departments and sites of care.
• Deliver compliant product demonstrations, in-servicing, and clinical support while forecasting, reporting, and inventory management.
