Job summary

Solventum, a leading healthcare company, seeks an accomplished Senior Account Executive to drive adoption of Acera and Restrata products in a Houston, TX territory. You will partner with surgeons and operating room teams, deliver clinical education, and manage end-to-end sales processes to grow market share.

The role requires 5+ years in medical device or pharmaceutical sales, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel up to 90% within the sales territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 5+ years in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales
• High School Diploma/GED with 9+ years in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales
• Current, valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with surgeons and operating room teams to drive adoption of Restrata and related products through case coverage, demonstrations, education, and intraoperative support
• Manage and grow sales of assigned products within a defined territory and meet or exceed revenue objectives
• Develop territory business plans with clinical education, customer engagement, and account prioritization, ensuring forecasting, reporting, and inventory management
• Build and sustain trusted relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and decision-makers across hospital departments and sites of care
