Job summary

Solventum, a new healthcare company, is hiring an Acera Territory Director to lead sales efforts in a defined geographic area, focusing on Restrata and related products. You will develop partnerships with surgeons and operating room teams, drive adoption, and manage territory performance.

In this role, you will forecast, education, and inventory planning, while maintaining relationships with hospital decision-makers. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 90% are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university and 5+ years of medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales
• High School Diploma/GED and 9+ years' experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales
• Current, valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with surgeons and operating room teams while driving adoption of Restrata®, our flagship synthetic, resorbable biomaterial, and related product lines through case coverage, compliant product demonstrations and education, clinical support, procedural guidance, and hands-on intraoperative support during surgical procedures.
• Managing and growing sales of assigned products within a defined geographic territory, with accountability for meeting or exceeding revenue and growth objectives.
• Developing and executing territory business plans, including clinical education, customer engagement, and account prioritization strategies while ensuring accurate forecasting, reporting, and inventory management.
• Building and sustaining trusted relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and decision-makers across multiple hospital departments and sites of care.
