Job summary

Solventum is seeking a results-driven Acera Territory Director to lead sales and clinical education across a defined geographic territory. The role requires partnering with surgeons and operating room teams to drive adoption of Restrata and related products.

You will manage revenue growth, forecast, and strengthen relationships with clinicians and decision-makers. The position offers a remote work arrangement within San Diego, CA, with up to 90% travel in the sales territory and a base salary of

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university AND 5+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales.
Current, valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain partnerships with surgeons and operating room teams to drive adoption of Restrata and related product lines through case coverage, demonstrations, education, and intraoperative support.
Manage and grow sales of assigned products within a defined geographic territory and meet or exceed revenue objectives.
Develop and execute territory business plans, including clinical education, customer engagement, forecasting, and inventory management.
Build and sustain relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and decision‑makers across hospital departments and sites of care.
