Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Acera Territory Director to join our Medical Surgical Division in the South San Diego, CA area. You will develop partnerships with surgeons and operating room teams, driving adoption of our flagship products and providing clinical support during procedures.

You will also manage territory sales, execute business plans, forecast demand, and build strong relationships with clinicians and hospital decision-makers to achieve growth targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher plus 5+ years of medical field sales.
• Or HS diploma with 9+ years of medical device sales.
• Current, valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain partnerships with surgeons and OR teams to drive product adoption.
• Manage and grow sales in assigned territory with revenue targets.
• Develop territory business plans with forecasting, reporting, and inventory management.
• Build relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and decision-makers across hospitals.
