Job summary

Solventum seeks an Acera Territory Director to lead surgical sales in the San Diego region, partnering with surgeons and OR teams to drive adoption of Restrata and related biomaterials. You will manage and grow territory sales, develop education and engagement plans, forecast and report, and provide intraoperative support across multiple hospital sites.

Travel up to 90% may be required; a valid driver's license is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or higher with 5+ years in medical device/pharma sales or 9+ years with a high school diploma.
Current, valid Driver’s License required.
Nice to Have: 3+ years in medical device sales calling on physicians/surgeons in hospitals.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain partnerships with surgeons and OR teams to drive adoption of Restrata and related products.
Manage and grow territory sales, meeting or exceeding revenue objectives.
Execute territory business plans with education, engagement, and account prioritization.
Forecast, report, and manage inventory; build relationships across hospital departments.
Provide clinical support, demonstrations, and intraoperative guidance.
