Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Acera Area Sales Director to lead a high-performing sales team across the East and South territories. You will collaborate with surgeons and operating room stakeholders to accelerate adoption of Restrata and related products, delivering education, engagement, and operational excellence.

You will develop area business plans to hit revenue targets, manage budgets, and recruit top talent while ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree and 5+ years in medical device/pharma sales or medical field sales.
• Experience with Value Analysis Committees and trial approvals required.
• Must hold a current, valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams and cross-functional partnerships with surgeons and OR stakeholders to drive adoption of Restrata and related products.
• Develop and execute area business plans to achieve revenue targets while managing expenses.
• Coach and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Recruit and build a dynamic sales organization, including distributors where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and laws governing interactions with healthcare professionals.
• Provide senior leadership with timely insights on sales performance and market trends.
