Job summary

Solventum, a new healthcare company, seeks an Acera Senior Account Executive to drive adoption of Restrata and related products. You will cultivate surgeon relationships, provide intraoperative support, and lead territory planning to achieve revenue targets.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s or higher and 5+ years in medical device sales or equivalent, with a valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 90% within the territory. Base salary starts around $95,000 with commissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university and 5+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales.
• High School Diploma/GED and 9+ years’ experience in medical device, pharmaceutical sales, or medical field sales.
• Current, valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain partnerships with surgeons and operating room teams to drive adoption of Acera and Restrata products.
• Manage and grow sales in a defined geographic territory to meet revenue objectives.
• Develop territory business plans with clinical education, customer engagement, and forecast accuracy.
