Job summary

Solventum, a leading healthcare company, is seeking an Acera Senior Account Executive to drive sales in the Honolulu area. You will develop territory plans, engage clinicians, and deliver demonstrations and education to support patient outcomes.

You will build relationships with physicians and hospital staff, execute strategic plans, and maintain accurate forecasting and inventory management. Travel up to 90% may be required as part of territory coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university with 5+ years in medical device/pharma sales
• OR High School Diploma/GED with 9+ years in medical device/pharma sales
• Current, valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Managing and growing sales of assigned products within a defined geographic territory, with accountability for meeting or exceeding revenue and growth objectives.
• Developing and executing territory business plans, including clinical education, customer engagement, and account prioritization strategies.
• Building and sustaining trusted relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and decision-makers across multiple hospital departments and sites of care.
• Delivering compliant product demonstrations, in-servicing, and clinical support while ensuring accurate forecasting, reporting, and inventory management
