Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Select and sequence ICD-10 and CPT/HCPCS codes for designated patient types.
• Review facility records for accurate APC assignments and E/M codes.
• Abstract clinical data to support diagnoses and procedures.
• Assist client staff with data integrity and coding guidance.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA.
