Education: high school diploma required; 6+ years in medical billing/collections; strong CPT/ICD10 coding knowledge and solid communication, with proficiency in AR software and PC tools.

Qualifications

• Education: Completion of a high school diploma; college courses preferred but not required.
• Experience: 6+ years in third-party medical billing or medical collections.
• Skills: In-depth CPT/ICD10 coding and reimbursement; strong oral and written communication.
• Ability to prioritize, manage time, and follow instructions with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitor accounts receivable, perform data entry, and submit claims.
• Follow up on claims and adjudicate accounts; resolve routine questions.
• Interface with patients, providers, payers and internal staff to ensure timely reimbursement.
