Vitruvian Health is seeking a Senior Billing Specialist to monitor accounts receivable, process claims, and follow up with payers and patients. The role requires strong CPT/ICD10 coding knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to support internal and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will work under minimal supervision, maintain timely submissions, and help maintain productive relationships across physicians, managers, and insurance providers.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma required; college coursework preferred.
• Experience: 6+ years of third-party medical billing or medical collections experience.
• Skills: In-depth CPT/ICD10 coding knowledge and reimbursement; strong oral and written communication; attention to detail; mathematical competency.

Responsabilités

• Monitor accounts receivable, data entry, claims submission, follow-up and account adjudication.
• Interface with customers/vendors and maintain positive internal and external relationships to coordinate services.
• Resolve nonroutine questions and refer only the most complex issues to higher levels.
• May assist in orienting and training junior team members.
