Vitruvian Health is seeking a Registrar for Hamilton Physician Group in Dalton, GA. You will handle front-desk responsibilities, scheduling, patient data collection, and co-pay collections while ensuring accurate coding and charge entry workflows.

The role requires 1–5 years in a physician practice, strong customer service, and proficiency with CPT/ICD10 coding and Athena EMR. Excellent communication and cash handling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework preferred.
• 1–5 years of front-desk and patient-facing experience in a physician practice.
• Proficiency in medical coding (CPT/ICD10) and basic EMR software.
• Excellent customer service, strong written and verbal communication, and teamwork.
• Cash handling experience and ability to post payments; typing ≥40 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and manage front-end duties, including scheduling and patient data collection.
• Collect co-pays, manage time-of-service accounts, and perform cash handling per protocol.
• Review coding, ensure accurate charge entry, and reconcile cash drawers.
• Coordinate with providers and staff to maintain smooth patient flow and satisfaction.
