Job summary

Amazon AWS is seeking a Senior Media Specialist TAM to own long-term operational health of deployed media solutions and guide customers from concept to production. You will coordinate with AWS TAMs, SA teams and Product Managers to tailor media workflows across Elemental products and CloudFront.

The role requires strong design/engineering background, 5+ years in distributed systems, and the ability to work with customer teams to deliver reliable, scalable media solutions in a 24x7 environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications experience.
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.
• 4+ years technical project management, technical account management, or professional services consulting with customer-facing responsibilities.
• 2+ years in a technical role within a software engineering-focused business.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding and off-boarding of assigned key customers.
• Own customer health dashboards for media workflows with AWS TAMs and Technical Project Manager.
• Define detailed customer project requirements and scope feature tickets with Solutions Architects.
• Interface with customer project managers to deliver product releases.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to prioritize customer requirements.
• Work with Engineering managers to ensure delivery of product features.
• Advocate and own availability of customer test environments at AWS or customer sites.
• Verify implemented product features and test multi-product workflows.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams across organizations.
• Mentor junior TAMs and Engineers.
• Define and implement team-level metrics and processes.
