You’ll act as a trusted advisor, craft strategic campaigns across broadcast, digital, and events, and guide clients through complex buying decisions to deliver measurable results.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of B2B sales in media, a proven track record of quota overachievement, and strong consultative selling skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in media/advertising.
• Proven track record of quota overachievement.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to develop strategic marketing campaigns for clients.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a book of business with a focus on new revenue.
• Leverage network to drive opportunities and close deals.
• Conduct high-level client discovery meetings and present insights.
• Lead planning across integrated campaigns (broadcast, digital, events).
• Collaborate across internal teams to ensure delivery and satisfaction.
• Mentor and share expertise within the sales organization.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
