You will develop strategic marketing campaigns, leverage your network to grow revenue, and guide clients through complex buying decisions across a full suite of solutions.

The role demands a proven sales track record, deep knowledge of broadcast, digital, and programmatic media, and a consultative selling approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in media, marketing, or advertising.
• Deep understanding of broadcast, digital, and programmatic marketing solutions.
• Proven track record of quota overachievement and strategic new business wins.
• Strong relationships with local business owners and decision-makers.
• Expertise in consultative selling and long-term client relationship development.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a book of business with a strong focus on new revenue generation.
• Leverage your established network to drive opportunities and close high-impact deals.
• Conduct high-level client discovery meetings and present custom, insight-led solutions.
• Lead strategic planning across integrated campaigns (broadcast, digital, events, sponsorships).
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
• Serve as a mentor and subject matter expert within the sales organization.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
