Job summary

As a Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician, you will guide service technicians on the team while designing effective solutions for complex equipment issues.

You will mentor, train, and oversee maintenance of conveyor systems, develop improvement projects, and collaborate across the Operations facility to ensure reliable performance and efficient

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience with material handling equipment such as automated conveyors and controls.
• 4+ years experience conducting preventative maintenance.
• 4+ years reading blueprints and schematics.
• 3+ years experience with CMMS systems.
• 2+ years experience with PLC programs.
• Experience acting in a team lead capacity, training and mentoring others.
• Vendor management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
• Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts.
• HS diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems; install, maintain, and troubleshoot control components.
• Create, assign, and close out work orders with labor hours, equipment maintenance and parts used.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures; mentor junior technicians.
• Maintain a positive working relationship across the Operations facility.
