Job summary

C&W Services is seeking a Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to lead service technicians in installing and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will design solutions for complex problems and manage multiple projects within the Operations Maintenance Team.

The role requires 4+ years on material handling equipment, proficiency with PLCs and CMMS, and experience reading blueprints.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with material handling equipment (MHE) and automated conveyors.
• 4+ years in preventative maintenance.
• 4+ years reading blueprints and schematics.
• 2+ years CMMS usage; 3+ years PLC programming.

Responsibilities

• Safety: Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Maintenance: Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems; install and repair control components.
• Monitoring: Create, assign, and close out work orders with labor hours and parts data.
• Support: Lead and audit preventative maintenance; mentor junior technicians.
• Communication: Maintain positive relationships across Operations facility.
