Job summary

C&W Services is seeking a Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician in their Ohio facility to lead service technicians in installing and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will support the Operations Maintenance Team by designing solutions for difficult problems and managing projects.

You will train and mentor technicians, promote safety, and oversee maintenance of conveyor systems while utilizing CMMS and PLC programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience with material handling equipment (MHE) such as automated conveyors and controls.
• 4+ years of preventative maintenance experience.
• 4+ years reading blueprints and schematics.
• 3+ years using a CMMS.
• 2+ years programming PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following procedures.
• Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems and related components.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams and control components.
• Create, assign and close work orders with labor hours and parts data.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance; mentor junior technicians.
