Job summary

C&W Services is seeking a Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician to lead and mentor a team, install and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment, and design solutions for complex problems within a busy facility. You will train technicians, manage projects, and ensure safety standards while coordinating with the Operations maintenance team in a high‑tech environment.

The role requires strong PLC, CMMS, and blueprint-reading skills with a focus on reliability and continuous

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years with material handling equipment (MHE) like conveyors and controls.
• 4+ years preventative maintenance experience.
• 4+ years reading blueprints/schematics.
• 3+ years CMMS experience.
• 2+ years PLC programming.
• Experience in team-lead capacity supporting and mentoring others.
• Vendor management experience.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following procedures.
• Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems; install and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, and control components.
• Create, assign, and close work orders with labor hours and parts data.
• Lead and audit preventative maintenance and mentor junior technicians.
• Maintain positive relationships across the Operations facility.
