Mullins Mechanical is seeking an experienced Construction leader to mentor Senior Project Managers and oversee high-profile projects. The role focuses on profitability, schedule adherence, and resource planning within industrial construction environments.

Candidates should bring 10+ years of project leadership, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and proficiency with Procore and MS Office. OSHA 30 and related training are valued assets at Mullins Mechanical.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Industrial Construction with large project oversight.
• Experience managing projects $75MM+ in value.
• Certifications such as SPMP, PMP, CCM or equivalent are a plus.
• OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR Training.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide Senior PMs, PMs, and Assistant PMs.
• Oversee high-profile and complex projects with limited oversight.
• Allocate resources to meet schedules and budgets.
• Review and approve project billing, schedules, and change orders.
• Ensure project safety, quality, and productivity.
