Job summary

Mullins Mechanical is seeking an experienced General Superintendent - Mechanical, Pipe, HVAC, and Plumbing to lead onsite construction efforts on project sites across the region. You will ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery while coordinating trades and crews.

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining project schedules with the PM, leading weekly meetings, enforcing safety policies, reviewing contract documents, managing field operations, and reporting daily logs and progress

Qualifications

• Senior Superintendent experience in mechanical, pipe, HVAC, or plumbing construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite construction as a unified and collaborative team.
• Coordinate & oversee day-to-day operations of assigned projects.
• Manage field responsibilities on medium to complex projects and/or multiple smaller teams.
• Collaborate with PM to create and maintain the project schedule.
• Lead new hire jobsite introductions and training, and assign jobs.
• Conduct direct report employee reviews annually or as needed.
• Collaborate with estimating to plan and provide technical guidance during bidding.
