Mullins Mechanical is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects across assigned locations. You will manage documentation, budgets, schedules, and subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field is required.
• PMP, CCM or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Experience managing budgets for construction projects is required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction PM software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage all project documentation.
• Schedule and lead hand-off meetings and define scope.
• Prepare and manage construction budgets and cost codes.
• Obtain permits and manage subcontractor contracts.
• Monitor safety, quality, and productivity on site.
• Prepare monthly project billing and vendor reimbursements.
• Ensure client satisfaction and project profitability.
• Coordinate with field teams and HR for onboarding/resources.
