VINCI Construction Grands Projets USA is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead a major Design-Build program with a multi-disciplinary team on a high-profile Virginia project. The role focuses on delivering the contract requirements, cost control, and schedule adherence.

The candidate will manage complex interfaces, coordinate with owner and external stakeholders, and drive safety and quality across all project phases.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction project management experience.
• 10+ years managing personnel.
• Experience in bid-build, design-build and other delivery methods.
• Experience in MEP installation and commissioning.
• Strong interpersonal and risk management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple departments and direct reports.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of the project, including construction, budget and cash management, aligning with contract requirements.
• Develops and manages the project schedule, pay estimates, procedures, staffing and equipment resources.
• Reviews contracts and supports resolution of specification, contract conflicts, and scheduling issues with owner.
• Leads engineering and scheduling teams to identify and negotiate change orders.
• Prepares monthly cost and revenue forecasts and reports for leadership.
• Maintains relationships with Flatiron and project owner to support work plan and payment schedule.
• Interacts with third-party stakeholders, including landowners and government agencies.
