Job summary

VINCI Construction Grands Projets USA is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead a major Design-Build program in Virginia. You will oversee schedules, budgets, risk, and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex infrastructure work.

The role requires 15+ years in construction project management, strong leadership, and proven ability to manage large budgets and contractor relationships on high-profile projects. On-site work at a heavy construction site is expected.

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience in construction project management.
• 10+ years’ experience in managing personnel.
• Proven experience in bid-build, CMCG, design build and other delivery methods.
• Experience in MEP installation and commissioning.
• Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.
• Ability to identify, track and mitigate project risk.
• Experience directing multiple departments and direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of the project, including budget, schedule and payments.
• Develops and manages project schedule, resources and equipment needs.
• Reviews contracts and resolves conflicts with the owner.
• Leads engineering and scheduling teams to negotiate change orders.
• Prepares monthly cost and revenue forecasts for leadership.
• Maintains relationships with stakeholders and project owner.
• Leads project closeout, finalizes paperwork and resolves claims.
