VINCI Construction Grands Projets USA is seeking an Electrical Superintendent for a major Design Build project in Virginia. The role will schedule, coordinate, and supervise production and the workforce across the assigned area of the I-64 HRCP JV tunnel/bridge scope.

You will coordinate with field engineers, estimators, and vendors to ensure proper equipment, materials, and schedules are met, while enforcing safety programs and project specifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy civil construction experience (roads/bridges/marine/tunneling).
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of construction site equipment operation and maintenance.
• Advanced knowledge of construction site safety protocols and enforcement.

Responsabilités

• Supervises production work and mediates between field engineering, estimating, and workforce to ensure contract compliance.
• Plans work methods, materials, equipment, and schedules for assigned work and updates schedules with team input.
• Coordinates with internal teams and external vendors to ensure proper equipment and material availability within budget and schedule.
• Forecasts schedules and provides recommendations to mitigate production issues.
• Ensures safety programs are followed and inspections are completed.
• Coordinates subcontractor activities and assists in project close-out per owner checklists.
