Job summary

Harder Mechanical Contractors is seeking a Project Manager to lead the mechanical scope on a large-scale data center project in rural Texas. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, oversee safety, schedule, budget, and quality from preconstruction through turnover.

The role requires 7+ years in PM, a Bachelor's in CM/Engineering, strong communication, and experience with Procore and Primavera P6. We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, retirement, bonus, vacation, and development

Qualifications

7+ years of project management experience, preferably mechanical systems.
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Business Management, Mechanical, Industrial, Civil Engineering and/or equivalent.
Strong financial management, scheduling, procurement, and commissioning knowledge.

Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of mechanical construction scopes from planning through closeout.
Develop strategies prioritizing safety, quality, schedule, and client satisfaction.
Manage budgets, forecasts, change orders, and cost reporting.
Oversee procurement and coordination with owners, subcontractors and vendors.
Represent Harder in owner and coordination meetings and drive project turnover.
