Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience, preferably with mechanical systems
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or engineering and/or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of assigned mechanical construction scopes from planning through project closeout
• Develop and execute project strategies prioritizing safety, quality, schedule, and client satisfaction
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, change management, and cost reporting
• Oversee procurement of major mechanical equipment and subcontracted work
• Lead project scheduling efforts with field leadership
• Review project risks and implement proactive solutions
• Ensure RFIs, submittals, change orders, turnover, commissioning, and closeout are completed on time
• Provide leadership and professional development for project engineers
