Job summary

ENFRA LLC seeks a Project Manager to oversee the full project lifecycle from inception to closure in the energy infrastructure sector. You will ensure safe execution, adherence to budget and schedule, and exceed customer expectations through strong leadership and coordination across teams.

The role demands deep knowledge of construction technologies, scheduling, and financial management, with a focus on QA/QC, risk, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in one of the following sectors: mechanical engineering design and/or project management, mechanical construction, or facilities management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of construction technologies, scheduling, equipment, materials and methods, and financial management.
• Effective presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates leadership skills and has the willingness to address challenges, resolve issues, and motivate others while maintaining relationships.
• Influences outcomes by being resourceful and maintaining focus on safety, field and financial performance, and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure work environment through site planning with job hazard analyses and toolbox talks; manage project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal requirements.
• Lead and document operational meetings (Hand-Off, Kick-Off) with relevant parties.
• Negotiate and prepare vendor and subcontractor agreements aligned with estimates.
• Evaluate submittals to reflect contract drawings and specs.
• Coordinate QA/QC with appropriate personnel to meet project requirements.
• Coordinate the project's BIM-driven scope with QA/QC and supervision.
• Handle the financial setup of the project (equipment, labor, materials, direct costs, subcontracts).
• Conduct monthly cost reviews and report deviations to keep schedule/budget intact.
• Manage AR/AP to maintain cash flow and timely payments.
• Obtain lien waivers, tax docs, and permits as needed.
• Ensure budget/scope alignment through change management.
• Attend jobsites, schedule deliveries, review labor reports, coordinate requisitions, and track RFIs.
• Build relations with internal teams, customers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Monitor risk management items, including notices to proceed and bonds.
• Prepare close-out documents, warranties, and owner training items.
• Coordinate start-up and commissioning with all parties.
