Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Project Delivery to oversee the full lifecycle of delivery projects, manage budgets, subcontracts, and client relations, and ensure a safe, quality outcome that meets company commitments.

This role leads a cross‑functional team, coordinates with the Project Executive and VP, develops baselines and schedules, tracks milestones, and delivers timely cost and progress reports.

Qualifications

• 4 Year Degree in Construction Management, applicable Engineering OR applicable field experience.
• 8+ years of experience.
• Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrates leadership skills and has the willingness to address challenges, resolve issues, and motivate others while maintaining relationships.
• Influences outcomes by being resourceful and maintaining focus on safety, financial performance and client expectations.
• Ability to multitask and willing to perform additional duties as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the project delivery and ensure safe, quality outcomes.
• Lead the Project Team and coordinate with executives, vendors, and clients.
• Manage project budget and contracts (GMP, Lump Sum, or Concession).
• Set up and maintain the project management system and change control procedures.
• Prepare and review monthly project reports and cost reviews.
