Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic Project Executive - Mechanical in Fort Worth, TX to lead major HVAC, plumbing, and MEP projects. You will oversee large-scale construction from conception to completion, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on mechanical systems.
• Experience managing large-scale construction projects in commercial, data center, healthcare/institutional spaces.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and MEP systems.
• Experience with design-build and BIM/VDC coordination.
• Familiarity with building codes and mechanical standards.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Problem-solving skills and proactive issue resolution.
• Proficiency in using project management software and related technology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle, managing complex mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Lead and coordinate the design-build process, ensuring mechanical systems meet specifications.
• Manage and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to align with project goals.
• Ensure projects comply with building codes and mechanical standards.
• Utilize BIM/VDC coordination to facilitate planning and execution.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to keep projects on track.
• Prepare and present updates to stakeholders with clear status reports.
• Foster a collaborative environment with open communication among teams.
