Job summary

W3Global seeks an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager to lead a portfolio of mechanical projects in our Facility Services/Small Projects division. The role requires juggling multiple projects, supervising resources, and maintaining profitability while ensuring safety and quality across the portfolio.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in mechanical project management, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field with mechanical focus.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, piping and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple mechanical projects concurrently from planning through closeout.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, schedules, cash flow, and profitability across a project portfolio.
• Monitor submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
