Quality Labor Management in Phoenix, AZ seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial mechanical construction projects. This role manages budgets, schedules, procurement, and client relationships while ensuring profitability.

You will lead multiple projects, mentor staff, and coordinate subcontractors and field teams. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in mechanical PM, strong HVAC/plumbing knowledge, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of mechanical construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and related mechanical systems.
• Experience with project budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, contracts, and change management.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple mechanical construction projects from planning through closeout.
• Oversee project budgets, forecasting, scheduling, billing, and cost controls.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, procurement, and field teams.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, permits, and project documentation.
• Monitor project performance, profitability, and resource allocation across multiple active projects.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support business development efforts and identify opportunities for additional project work.
• Mentor Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field personnel.
