Interstate Mechanical LLC is seeking aSenior Mechanical Project Manager to lead a portfolio of mechanical projects in our Facility Services/Small Projects division. The role requires overseeing multiple projects concurrently with emphasis on financial performance, scheduling, safety, and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of mechanical project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and related mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of project controls, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, billing, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide senior-level oversight of multiple mechanical projects concurrently from planning through completion and closeout.
• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, schedules, cost projections, cash flow, billing, collections, and profitability.
• Maintain timely billing, collections, change order processing, and project closeout across multiple active projects.
• Identify project risks and proactively resolve issues affecting budget, schedule, quality, safety, or customer commitments.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with field trades personnel, customers, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
