Job summary

Interstate Mechanical LLC is seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to lead a portfolio of concurrent mechanical projects within our Facility Services/Small Projects division. You will manage budgets, schedules, labor, procurement, customer relationships, safety, quality, and closeout for multiple projects, while prioritizing resources and maintaining strong financial performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of mechanical project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and related mechanical systems.
• Proven ability to manage project controls, budgeting, forecasting, and change management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple mechanical projects from planning through closeout.
• Balance budgets, schedules, and performance across a portfolio.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and profitability.
• Coordinate submittals, RFIs, change orders, and billing.
• Lead and mentor project managers and field personnel.
• Maintain safety, quality, and customer relationships.
