Job summary

Harder Mechanical Contractors Inc is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of complex mechanical projects. You will coordinate with project teams and field crews to ensure safety, schedule adherence, and high-quality results while maintaining strong client relationships.

This mid-to-senior role requires 10+ years of PM experience, a related bachelor's degree, and the ability to travel to different regions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience, preferably with mechanical systems
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical, Industrial, Civil Engineering or equivalent education

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of assigned projects.
• Coordinate with project team and field labor to ensure safety, schedule, and quality.
• Manage project budget and maintain strong client relationships.
• Supervise project engineers to superintendents and administrative support.
• Provide regular status reports to client and company.
