This senior role requires leading across global teams and coordinating with customers during design reviews. The position emphasizes DFx, thermal analysis, enclosure design, and compliance with UL/NEMA/IEC standards.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in mechanical engineering with 5+ years in LV switchgear or power distribution.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Lead NPIs from concept to production release with cost, quality and manufacturability focus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the mechanical design and architecture of LV switchgear and power distribution equipment.
• Lead enclosure systems, busbar supports, insulation interfaces, and safety features.
• Lead thermal design, CFD modeling, and temperature-rise assessments.
• Drive DFx (DFM, DFA, DFR, DfA) and design for automation activities.
• Collaborate with global teams for manufacturing readiness and ramp.
