Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Minimum of 11 years related work experience.
• Active engineering licensure/post-registration support for BV projects.
• Pre-employment onboarding requirements may apply (background check, drug screen, MVR).

Responsibilities

• Ensure project compliance with applicable codes and standards.
• Create and maintain project schedules for mid-size to large projects.
• Lead the development of HVAC and plumbing system deliverables for new buildings, renovations, and additions.
• Coordinate with other disciplines, clients, and contractors; mentor staff.
• Oversee energy modeling and life cycle cost analyses; review submittals and RFIs.
