Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Science/Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience creating, reviewing, and interpreting technical documentation for hardware tooling/products.
• Experience in mechanical design, development, manufacturing or tooling processes.
• Experience producing engineering drawings using a 3D CAD tool.

Responsibilities

• Develop mechanical hardware for radars, support equipment, and electronics across the full product lifecycle.
• Lead small teams in a fast-paced environment with ruggedized structures and electronics packaging.
• Perform tolerance analyses to ensure form, fit, and function.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and contribute to team development.
