Qualifications

• At least 10 years designing mechanical products or related R&D.
• At least 5 years as a people manager or leading teams.
• Experience in medical device product development or regulated environments.
• Strong CAD and analysis skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of product development lifecycle from concept to transfer.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and launch instruments and robotic systems.
• Collaborate with Product, Clinical, and Human Factors teams to shape roadmaps.
• Develop customer-focused product requirements and project plans.
• Guide team through all stages of development, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Mentor direct reports and enforce design controls per Quality Mgmt System.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and supplier teams for design transfer.
